Groton Long Point (Under Construction)

This elevated home located in Groton Long Point will be the first of many of its kind in the area. As FEMA implements more requirements for coastal homes, column houses are becoming more commonplace due to soil conditions and potential wave scouring. This home features steel I-beams, LVL and PSL, and custom lumber - a project we are excited to showcase once completed.
